Returns Policy & Refund Policy

At 100 Years Botanicals, every product is handcrafted with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always aim to put it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we’re happy to accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo if possible. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
